At Qsories, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Here’s a simple guide to our warranty policy:

1. What Is Covered

  • Eligible Products: All products from Qsories are covered by a warranty, except for items like cables and batteries (unless specified by the manufacturer).
  • Warranty Period: The warranty ranges from no warranty to 2 years, depending on the product. Check the product page for details.
  • Covered Issues:
    • Manufacturing Defects: Faults caused by manufacturing issues.
    • Performance Problems: If the product doesn’t work as expected under normal use.

2. What Is Not Covered

  • Physical Damage: Damage caused by accidents, drops, or misuse.
  • Water Damage: Unless explicitly stated by the brand.
  • Misuse: Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow instructions.
  • Consumable Items: Batteries and cables are not covered unless defective.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs by unauthorized personnel void the warranty.

3. How to Claim Your Warranty

If your product is faulty, follow these steps:

  • Provide Proof: Share your order confirmation or receipt.
  • Send Photos or Videos: Show the product issue through images or videos. You may need to return the product for inspection.
  • Return Authorization: Once verified, we will guide you through the return process.

4. Replacement Warranty

  • Manufacturing Defects Only: Replacement is offered only for manufacturing defects.
  • Replacement Limit: Only one replacement is allowed during the warranty period.
  • Notify Within Warranty Period: Claims must be made within the warranty period.
  • Condition of Return: Products with physical damage, scratches, or dents are not covered. Items must be returned in fresh, unused condition.
  • Processing Time: Replacement or repair may take 3-4 weeks.

5. Qsories Warranty

  • Manufacturing Defects Only: Applies only to manufacturing defects reported within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Replacement Limit: One replacement is allowed during the warranty period.
  • Warranty Countdown: Starts from the day you receive the product.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Defective Products: We cover the shipping costs for defective products.
  • Non-Defective Products: The customer bears the return shipping costs for non-defective products.

7. Warranty Transfer

The warranty is transferable if the product is resold or gifted. The new owner will need the original proof of purchase.

8. Legal Disclaimer

According to Bangladeshi law, Qsories is not responsible for indirect damages caused by the product (e.g., data loss or business interruptions).
We only cover manufacturing defects.
