  • Do not accept delivery if the packaging is damaged, and report the issue immediately.

3. Wrong or Incorrect Product

If you receive a wrong product (e.g., wrong color, size, or model), contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on availability.

4. Non-returnable Items

  • Sale items, discounted products, and special promotion products are non-returnable.
  • Software and software licenses are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our fault (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will bear the shipping costs.
  • For customer preference returns (e.g., wrong order or change of mind), the customer bears the return shipping charges.

2. Fraudulent Return Claims

  • We will report fraudulent claims and return abuses to the authorities under the Bangladesh Penal Code.
  • False claims, such as returning used products as new, will not be tolerated and will be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Fraudulent Payment Protection

  • We monitor transactions for suspicious or fraudulent activities. Unauthorized transactions will result in order cancellation and customer blacklisting.

4. Consumer Fraud Protection
